PAP Smear results found abnormality and now confirmed its CIN 2

Hi All,
its been almost 4yrs plus since i did pap smear.
So recently I went back to Dr Heng & did pap smear.
Results came back & found some abnormality needed a further test.
So Dr Heng did Leep procedure. So I went back for review and she confirmed I had CIN 2.
I was kinda of lost so didn't ask much question like, so what is that Leep procedure she have done? I read up google and it says its kind of laser that will remove the unhealthy cells on my cervix.

Dr Heng gave me 2 options, 1st is to remove my womb 2nd is to follow up closely like every 2 mths, 4 mths & 6 mths & I was given multivitamins & HPV vaccination but the question is what happens next?

I should have asked more question but I see that she is not feeding me with more information.

Just want to check if any mommies encounter this before?

i heard from my boss went for laser initially but she said she still got to remove her womb because laser did not help to stop the abnormal cells from growing.

I'm taking multivitamins now. hopefully my immune system will help to fight off this infection
