Hi All,
I am new here, my wife is about 7-8 weeks into 1st pregnancy. She is not young and constantly feeling very tired.
Appreciate some kind soul here recommend some good and affordable multi vitamins for pregnant lady. Thank you very much.

Hi I think you can consider Blackmore? They are available in pharmacies. Both Watson and guardian having sale now so you can go take a look.

I took folic acid, calcium and protein since first trimester to last trimester.. in fact we should take more vitamins as not only we need it, baby need it too..

But all the one I’m taking previously were in tablet form which make me reluctant to take as already no appetite but still got to swallow tablet

Now then I know vitamins in powder form, easy to drink and the absorption much better than tablets.. :D

I took the garden of life vitamin code raw prenatal and I think it's very good. It helps that it doesn't make me nauseous and that you can take it on an empty stomach.

There is a drink supplement which can help to support prenatal/during pregnancy and post natal.. its organic, non tonix and chemical free.. PM me if you are interested..

Yes, fish oil is good for baby and mummy. As mummy need EPA and baby need DHA for brain development.
You may let your wife take Probiotics. Go google to check what is the benefits of probiotics during pregnancy !
