Recommendations for confinement herbs

Hi mums, I'm a 2018 mummy but looking for some advice from you experienced ladies. Going to DIY my confinement and was researched that there are pre-packed herbs that I can purchase that comes in sets of 30 days etc. Any recommendations from which TCM medical hall?

Mm... I bought packed herbs from normal tcm shop for shower only...

Food wise, use rice wine and ginger to cook.. that’s all. How do you cook packed herbs with food? Why not just use rice wine? Understand that we can get rice wine from tcm shop..

If you are referring to soup, you can try eu yan sang, mamamia or lao ban niang.
