Please help me by giving some advice.
Me and my wife plan on divorcing. My wife is a foreigner holding onto a ltvp.
She was planning on a divorce due to me doing so many wrong things. ( not adultery or something bad.) It more to finacial issue.
Our marriage is coming to our 3rd year soon and we had a child.
Im a bankruptcy but my wife willing to give me the custody of my child.
Was wondering will the court still give me the custody even though my wife dont want it ?
Worry so much due to me being a bankruptcy.
But me and my family are taking care of the child most of the time. And i been working quite stable in the company.
