advice needed on pregnancy myths

Anyone digging their #1 LO ear on the bed during pregnant with #2? Are we allowed to do it on our bed or is a taboo to do so?

Two yrs plus still don't really need to dig their ears unless it's instructed by doctor for fear that their ear drums might be affected by the digging.
I never dig my girl ears till now at 3yo.
