How to log a complaint against a clinic?

Have you ever been treated badly by the clinic admin?
Do you guys know how I can log a complaint against a clinic if it does not involve a doctor? Actually, it is the one assisting in the reception. I checked MOH site and I can only log complains for doctors, dentists or nurses.

if it is admin staff, why don't u give feed back to the boss/ doctor?
