Travel with baby to Korea

Hi mummies! Will like your inputs and advices please.
I gave birth to a girl in Feb 2017. Won a lucky draw in 2016 and the prize was travel vouchers to Europe that will expire in Nov 2017. I wanted to travel to Italy which is a 10-days trip but the travel agency advised that it may be inconvenient and best not to travel with a baby.

Travel agency told me that I can use the same vouchers for other trips so Long as it is within the same value. I've never been to Korea and was putting the trip off for years so thought it may be best to travel there with my hubby.
Instead of 10-days trip, it will be 5days and I hope to bring baby along. Eventually if I did not bring her, at least I can still cut the trip short and return earlier. Read that it is a a baby-friendly place with available nursing rooms in the Malls and metros. Baby will be 8-month old in Oct and I hope to continue to breastfeed her by then.

1. Anything to note if I do bring baby to korea?

2. Any hotel recommendations with crib / infant bed available and also provide shuttle for sightseeing in Korea?

3. Any itinerary to share?

Thanks in advance!
