Pregnancy and Backaches

Hi mommies

I have slipped disc and bad posture and back. just wondering if any of u has similar problem and what yr pregnancy was like ? What did you do to alleviate the pain.

I am still TTC-ing, and abit worried i may not be able to walk late in pregnancy. even now, i can feel sciatica along my legs.

any advise is appreciated. Thanks!

it's not recommended by my physio. should work on strengthening my back muscles
