Try Yoga Therapy to concieve

Hi Jeleen, how long did you do the yoga therapy for before you find it beneficial? They have classes just for fertility yoga only?

hi I have tried Ohmsantih fertility yoga,, I find Wawa is very friendly and patient. Unfortunately I stopped after 2 months as I may have conditions which did not happen for me to conceive. By the way I still practise yoga though.

They have other types of classes too. You may want to google Ohmsantih Yoga and read up more.
To be honest, after my first class, I had severe diarrhoea and I thought it was bad. But War war explained that it was detoxing and true enough I felt lighter and more energy as I go along. So I actually felt the difference in one class. In my 3-4 months, I felt my menses were longer (typically it only last 4 days) but it become 6-7 days after that :)

Could you share details as well please?
Sorry I have been MIA for a bit as there were some things to settle back home. I had my therapy sessions with Teacher Warwar on a weekly basis and she plans the lessons specifically for my condition. At some point, there were also meditation sessions to help me regulate my hectic stressful lifestyle and that helps tremendously in my feminine health. She also advised me to start eating certain food, example to take a teaspoon of tumeric every morning. When I finally conceived, I did not care less which part actually worked for me but I know for sure it had improved my health overall. Many positive changes took place such as my cycle was longer and I was shedding more blood. My cramps were so much better and I sleep better without biazzare dreams. These are some details I could remember, after all it has been about 2 years now.
You can talk to her to find out more. She may be able to advise you better. Good luck
