Anyone uses delphin or rainbow vacuum

We have a Delphin vaccum cleaner S8 series bought on 22.12.2013 we have hardly used it 4 or 5 times in so many years. Looks new still. We are willing to sell at S$1100. Original invoice and delivery order still available and also all accessories are stlll there including the air purifier solution. Still has around 8 years of warranty. Interested people can email us. Hi, all! I want to follow up on this topic and I know it's really many years like 6 years after. I'm not really located in Singapore but I do want to say that we bought the new Delphin Lamella Made in Germany. My real location is in Hong Kong. I want to say I am sorry about the bad salesperson you guys met there. Here in Hong Kong the couple I met who did the demo at our home was VERY nice and we followed up with the Oils, the AC cleaner, Pots, Water Purifier, etc. And they nicely replied us back and gave those gifts to us. How did we get those free gifts? Because they were really nice sales people and we referred them to a couple of our friends, who in the end, one of them also bought one. The point here is, Delphin Vacuum is an awesome vacuum water cleaner, that can clean our sofas, mattress, air conditioners, even serve as an air purifier. They also have their own oils and non-acidic cleaning agent we can mix into the water. We just had to buy it for our 3 children and for our flat here. Oh, the demo vacuum they used was a 10-year-old machine which we thought did EXTREMELY well. Right then and there we were sold. Turned out our new machine did even better as it's newer, with 60% more power than their old working machine!

The roadshow ppl pull many times i didnt agree to arrange for the demo, until last month my kids start to sneeze after weak up in the morning. The demo is really convicing, and a lot of dust was taken out from my kid's bed. I bought the machine, because of this. I think is worth to pay for health instead of buying other things.

I got the same feeling with u. All for my kids and the machine is really useful and helpful for my family. Hope more ppl know Delphine in the future. It is a good product and easy use.

I used to have rainbow but it was kinda hassle when it comes to changing filter. Specialist told us to change bi-monthly to prevent lung health damage ie coughing, frequent flu, sore throat. Changing the hepa filter is not cheap too!
I saw Delphin demo and they offered to trade in my rb. Still quite exp for me but using Delphin doesnt require me to change filter. The purpose of me getting water machine is to eliminate filters cos we hv dust allergies, but didnt realise rainbow hepa is just another filter i need to change. I should not get it initially and now traded in..spent soo much on both!
Hopefully this Delphin can last long as "assured" by the staff...good long warranty period though.
And the size of delphin is considerably smaller than rainbow...v important to me as we stay in v v small apartment

I just bought Delphin machine 1yr ago.
And the machine is really easy to use. The cleaning system is very good, as we no need to clean the floor every time since the air purifier function help us a lot. U just need to on and off it, change the water only. Then your house air will be get improved.

I want to share my negative experience with Delphin this week. Firstly, a lady knocked at our door claiming that she is from a new company, Xu Run, offering cleaning services at $20/aircon/mattress/sofa and a free 1-hr trial of 2 items.

Since I usually pay $40/aircon for basic cleaning, I was interested in the trial and cleaning service. I asked if they had ala carte services as i don’t want to buy a vacuum and a Cleaning package (Had bad past experiences with vacuum demos). The lady assured me that they offer ala carte services.

When the trial staff arrived, he did clean my aircon and sofa and mattress quite well for free. However he took 2 hrs instead of 1 hr to do so, all the time showing me every feature and benefit of the machine and selling me on the machine even though I explained many times that i wasn’t interested in the machine and only in the ala carte cleaning service that I was assured they provide. He insisted there is no ala carte service and only a 12-visit package at $107/visit to clean 3 items.

At one point he raised his voice demanding why I don’t want to buy the machine to save money and that he will only recommend servicing package to elderly who have problems cleaning by themselves. He finally left without being interested in getting a service package from me.

The machine itself seemed quite effective at removing dirt. However the unethical AND deliberately misleading conduct of Delphin staff from the very beginning makes me very wary of them. I also do not want to reward companies with such poor staff training and management with any sales.

Beware of their free gift offers and bait-and-switch sales tactics - lie and offer freebies to enter my home, then waste my time and make it difficult and unpleasant to get them to leave.
