Got terminated, anyone working in MOM

Any one knows MOM rules?
I've read but some part dont really understand.

It goes like this.

I've worked for this local manufacturer for coming 8 mths.
I working a proj. Admin team of 4 of us.
2 senior and 2 juniors.
I and A consider juniors. So all was well until after cny, things turn sour our company.
They started to force some of the staff to resign. Just passed monday they terminated 1 of my senior. Reason they dont need her service. They paid her notice period amount.
Prior to that, A had tendered her resignation letter but they didnt want to accept her letter.
I believe they must have promised her certain things that they terminate my senior and kept A instead.
Any body who work in MOM or know can help me on this?

Not sure what u need help with since it's not v clear what u r asking.

Anyone who has resigned, a co may choose 2 retain d staff if they think the staff is worth retaining. Terminated could mean dat there may b things dat were going on dat u were not aware n co is just simply taking action against staff.

If economy is not doing well, co may choose to downsize n hence had to let go some of their staff.

R u worried about your position in d co?
