Can you describe the type of glance? Like, negative or positive? Seductive, admiration or just observing type?
Is your hubby quite good looking?

There are many reasons why she's doing that.... are you suspecting something?
I can see why you're disturbed (if you are), but it will be just as disturbing if she 'glances' at you too.

Sometimes people are just weird in their behaviors, un-explainable.

Is like u talking to someone and the person will look away at that person for awhile(less than 1 min).
I wouldn't say is seductive.
I just wonder why she keeps glance at him, Yes it does bother me a lot.

she probably has some kind of interest or curiosity in your hubby. Maybe She wishes to understand him more. is she new to the company, is your hubby her boss?

It's good you asked her about it before. Since you have done that, just wait and see lo. As long as it is not excessive or obsessive it should be ok...
