Antibiotics and breastfeeding

Hi mommies,

Do you know if taking antibiotics affects breastmilk?

I am exclusively breastfeeding my LO and due to a skin infection I was prescribed amoxicillin an antibiotic.

Should I continue to breastfeed my 5 month old or should I discard my breastmilk?

Anyone took antibiotics too and breastfed with no problems?
