How to register my son whom is non Singapore Citizen nor PR where i am still in the mist of arranging the separation?

You will have to do so in phase 3. And only in the schools where vacancies are available. Primary schooling will not be free for your child.

I hope you are coping well. Sorry to know so....

For a child who is neither a Singapore Citizen nor a Singapore Permanent Resident, the registration date is Friday, 26 August 2016. The result will be given by Wednesday, 30 November 2016.
