Is it the norm / standard now that childcare centres have this type of disclaimer?
"While the centre will do its best to ensure the safety of the children, the centre will not be held responsible for any loss, liability or/and responsible for any mishap sustained by the child during his/her participation in any activity conducted by the centre within or outside the centre ground."
What happens if my child is injured due to their negligence? They can simply just brush aside saying they are not responsible?? And if it is serious injury, they will not cover the medical cost??
Isnt this too much or too extreme??
