6 Years Old boy still not toilet train

My boy is 6 years old already yet still not toilet train for passing motion.
I have tried means and ways but he will control until i let him pass motion in his pampers.
If w/o pampers, he would rather not pass motion and can be a few days.
any mummies/daddies out there have any advise?

This is a psychological phobia . Pls seek help from doctor . Can get referral to kk from polyclinic

Send him to a full day childcare where they will reinforce the need to use toilet.
Stop buying diapers. There is only so long you can hold your poo in. DON't go back to diapers come what may.
He will have to learn there is NO alternative.
Eventually he will go to toilet rather than dirty himself or suffer form constipation.
