My LO usual sleeping habits at night is 9pm. Now she have change to 10pm.

Do their sleeping habits change overtime? Since born we have train her sleeping habits at 9pm. Now 6mths their sleeping habits will change?

How do I change it back to 9pm?

hahaha...

my baby has had I dont know how many different sleeping habits since birth....I have actually lost count. My boy has just turned 1 and I think that their sleeping habits will just keep changing...

most books recommend having a routine but I feel that he outgrows his routines.....
