1st thing to do - replace alphanumeric ordering with date ordering

When I first joined this forum, there is one thing that is so different about this forum and many others that I have joined - I notice that the threads are ordered by alphanumeric rather than by latest posting first ordering.

This led the forum organizer to post the ruling, "Topic names starting with characters like "*,!,#", numbers or deem to be a deliberate attempt to place the topic at the top of the category "

Even then, you can see for yourself how effective that has been.

Suggestion to forum owners/moderator - please please change the ordering to latest post first since that helps with latest discussions.

Yes, I agree. When I want to view active or latest posts, I can't find them at all. I am talking about those normal discussion posts.

To look for the most recent posts, click on Last 3/12/24/72 hours on the top of the page.

Having said that, I do agree that the most recent posts should appear at the top of each discussion.

I do agree too, cos a thread that i read earlier cannot be found unless i scroll mid way down.

maybe an option to indicate listing options? cant really find the active topics..

I agree. Find it difficult to find the latest topic, and there are topics not so active are still in the top of the list.
