    Blocked milk ducts under armpit?!?

Hi All, Wanna ask if anyone experienced blocked ducts under the armpit post delivery? It feels like a lump under the armpit & only painful when pressed down on it, otherwise don't really feel it there. Any methods to make it shrink? Thanks!

    After delivery.

Doc gave an antiseptic spray upon discharge to be applied 3x a day. Important to keep the wound area dry & regularly change pads to avoid infection.

Care to share on bringing on labour naturally?

Googled online & came across membrane sweep as 1 of the methods gynae can use to bring on labour instead of inducing. Anyone successful in this at 40+wks?

Care to share on bringing on labour naturally?

Heard the coconut water is more so for cleansing baby skin, not for bringing on labour. Has anyone tried membrane sweep? Issit effective for FTMs? Will be 40+wks if I suggest this method to my gynae instead of inducing.

Care to share on bringing on labour naturally?

Hi, I'm playing the waiting game now as I chose to wait a couple more days, not keen on induction too but Doc says he is unlikely for me to go past 41wks. So am asking if there are ways to help bring on labour naturally.

Care to share on bringing on labour naturally?

Hi mummies, am at 39wks+ today, ctg scan shows contractions but doc checked I'm not dilated yet. Bb is approx 2.9-3kg. Doc proposed 2 options, to induce or wait another wk for 2nd ctg scan. I chose to wait a couple more days. Have heard contractions via induction could be more painful/intense &...

    Baby Market Fair @ Expo 10 - 12 July Expo Hall 5

I'm a FTM & I got the big ticket items from such baby fairs, e.g cot/stroller/car seat as the discounts offered were quite reasonable. The rest of the daily essentials can get along the way since a lot I feel is trial & error so no point getting in such huge quantities like diapers / milk...
