Hi All,
Wanna ask if anyone experienced blocked ducts under the armpit post delivery? It feels like a lump under the armpit & only painful when pressed down on it, otherwise don't really feel it there. Any methods to make it shrink? Thanks!

Googled online & came across membrane sweep as 1 of the methods gynae can use to bring on labour instead of inducing. Anyone successful in this at 40+wks?
Heard the coconut water is more so for cleansing baby skin, not for bringing on labour.
Has anyone tried membrane sweep? Issit effective for FTMs? Will be 40+wks if I suggest this method to my gynae instead of inducing.
Hi all, thx for the replies. Will try out the walking/squatting/climbing stairs activities & hopefully get some action going. I'm also sweet talking to bb to entice him to greet the world over the next couple of days.
Hi, I'm playing the waiting game now as I chose to wait a couple more days, not keen on induction too but Doc says he is unlikely for me to go past 41wks. So am asking if there are ways to help bring on labour naturally.
Hi mummies, am at 39wks+ today, ctg scan shows contractions but doc checked I'm not dilated yet. Bb is approx 2.9-3kg. Doc proposed 2 options, to induce or wait another wk for 2nd ctg scan. I chose to wait a couple more days. Have heard contractions via induction could be more painful/intense &...

Hi mummies, are there any good pediatricians with reasonable pricing & amicable personality to recommend in the East? Preferably within proximity of Pasir Ris/Tampines/Simei/Bedok/East Coast areas. Many thanks in advance!
I'm a FTM & I got the big ticket items from such baby fairs, e.g cot/stroller/car seat as the discounts offered were quite reasonable. The rest of the daily essentials can get along the way since a lot I feel is trial & error so no point getting in such huge quantities like diapers / milk...
Hi all, I'm considering Origins Jamu or Babies Bellies since these 2 seem to be the more popular ones offering postnatal massage from agencies. Anyone has reviews or heard feedback from either and would like to share? Muchappreciated.

Hi mummies/mummies to be, I heard about the flexi maternity cover (from great eastern) and mum advantage plus (from axa) for pre natal insurance. Does anyone know the diff between these 2 or any other recommended pre natal insurance plans to consider from other insurance companies? Thanks all!
