I lack the determination maybe because I borrowed the pumps so it does not matter whether or not I managed to breastfeed. Thus I gave up...

Fieda, i read that if you experience pain during breastfeeding then most likely the latch position is wrong. If the latch is correct, you will not feel any pain. Mummies who latch, please correct me if i am wrong.
