Actually drink alcohol / Dom has what benefits? I super kiasi, try to pump way before drinking and feed ebm for the next feed. So at least 4 - 6hrs gap.. But failing miserably.. First time got 90ml of ebm for her, seems not enough and best is she asked for milk abt 1.5hrs aft I drink..! 2nd...
