iphone and iPad are totally not allowed during our dinner time too. in fact, at home, the kids are required to sit down n finish their meal before they can stand up from their seats. When we are out, they are supposed to wait until everyone finish dinner before they can stand up and play...

kitsune, P&J teach sight words too. its also inside the word list of P&J. U can work on phonics and P&J at the same time. the result is v fast. For me, I use a mixture (Jollyphonics) and homemade phonics resouces to guide my gal.
