Thanks trustbaby, tot of going back to private but really can't afford. lost my job in 2008, only recently found a part time job getting abt $100+ a month if no holiday. savings are slowly going down. see private doc is not what i can afford for now.

but the doc keep say the cyst is too small to cause such extreme pain. they keep think the pain is just all in my head. really feel very frustrated.

is it possible to hv small ovarian cysts but still have extreme lower abdominal pains?
