Following the success of the first edition, CÉ LA VI and San Pellegrino team up once again to present Sky High Gourmet Fiesta on Sunday, 19 January 2020. The exclusive gourmet experience brings five innovative local chefs together to stir things up at the top of Marina Bay Sands like never before. Guests can embark on a lively journey to discover creative dishes, embodying distinct characteristics of the chefs, in tasting portions.
For this Sunday affair, CÉ LA VI will waive the cover charge from 12 pm to 4 pm, and guests who RSVP can enjoy complimentary entry to the fiesta. Take in Singapore’s beautiful skyline and indulge in a variety of dishes from six of Singapore’s top restaurants at S$20 per dish.
Sky High Gourmet Fiesta invites guests to enjoy a culinary adventure with some of the most celebrated minds of the local dining scene. Chef Dave Pynt of Burnt Ends will present his top-notch chargrilled cuts, while Chef Kurt Sombrero from MeatSmith will smoke things up with authentic Southern American-style smoked plates. Chef Andrew Walsh from Bao Boy and Butcher Boy will express his creative take on Asian cuisine with a variety of baos and steamed buns. Have a taste of Spanish flavours from Chef Carlos Montobbio of Esquina, with selections of modern Spanish tapas. Last but not least, Salted & Hung’s Chef Drew Nocente will showcase contemporary Australian dishes, with a strong focus on curing and grilling.
