Resorts World Sentosa (RWS, 圣淘沙名胜世界) presents its signature five-in-one Dumpling Feast this Dragon Boat Festival. A delicious collaboration among five celebrity chef restaurants at RWS – Feng Shui Inn, Forest森, Tangerine, Syun and Osia Steak and Seafood Grill – the exquisite set comprises five tantalising gourmet rice dumplings bound to excite taste buds and bring lots of joy for this season. Representative of the respective restaurant’s concept and signature culinary style, these haute cuisine rice dumplings are filled with premium ingredients that are both nourishing and delicious.
Back by popular demand, Syun presents its gourmet Unagi Rice Dumpling (香烤日本鰻鱼粽). Featuring grilled Japanese unagi, this umami packed dumpling is a tasty parcel of sticky rice, Shitake mushrooms and Sakura-ebi that is seasoned with shiro goma and refreshing citrusy sanshio kinome. Seafood lovers will root for this unusual and delectable Japanese-inspired rice dumpling, sure to make a bold statement at the dining table.
Perfect for vegetarians, Tangerine’s Kao Niew Ping is an inventive interpretation of the traditional Thai street dessert by Singapore’s first celebrity chef helmed farm-to-table restaurant. Antioxidant rich purple sweet potatoes and comforting coconut milk infused Thai sticky rice is wrapped in banana leaf and grilled, offering the perfect sweet ending to a dumpling feast fit for a king.
