For soon-to-be mothers seeking a crash course to restore tranquility during your pregnancy, look no further than the Pre-Natal Yoga Workshop at Trium Fitness! Be guided through a tailor-made sequence of postures, breathing exercises and stress relieving practices for mums-to-be to strengthen their tired bodies.
Come take part in this workshop and stretch out your weary limbs by practising gentle and controlled poses with Katherine Kee, as she shares her experiences in finding peace and restoring balance by practicing yoga during her pregnancy amidst the hustle and bustle of city life.
