In celebration of World Down Syndrome Day and World Autism Awareness Day, MINDS’ The Colour Socks Parade (CSP) returns this year with a spotlight on inclusive sports. Get involved in The Colour Socks Parade for a meaningful time of family bonding while nurturing empathy and inclusivity in children through diverse experiences.

Inclusive Sports Fiesta

Date: Saturday, 1 April 2023

Time: 12.30 – 5.30pm

Venue: Our Tampines Hub (Community Auditorium, Level 3)

Activities include:

• Mass workout with PWIDs and the community
• Inclusive sports stations, including badminton, bocce and football
• Health-screening for PWIDs
• Sale of MINDS Bakers and MINDS Craft goodies and so much more!

Admission is free and open to the public.

Virtual Challenge

Period: 1 April – 30 June 2023

Time: Anytime, Anywhere

How to participate: $50 donation to qualify for participation

Join the Virtual Challenge by donating $50 at www.coloursocksparade.sg and receive a Challenge Pack with an exclusive Colour Socks Parade T-shirt and socks!

Use the Strava app to record your sporting activities individually or with your exercise buddies to help MINDS achieve a collective target of 60,000 hours in sporting activities, and $250,000 in funds raised. Donations go towards services and programmes to enable PWIDs to lead enriching, independent lives, so rally your loved ones to fundraise or donate!
