COVID-19 has brought new emphasis to the mental health discourse globally. The ongoing public health crisis has transformed the way we work, live, and communicate; unprecedented challenges have emerged in the form of increased social isolation, loneliness, anxiety and stress. It is in this new normal, that the support and resilience of the digital community in fostering mental health has become more critical than ever.
What does this mean for Singapore? How can we build mental resilience in a digital world?
