Relax, reset and restore yourself after work with Energize@SCCC (Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre), a new series of complimentary active and wellness programmes in the heart of the city centre.
Take your pick from a Chinese dance-styled workout like Plaza Dancing that features cheerful rhythms and simple movements, POUND where you can work out with drumsticks in hand while doing cardio, conditioning, strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements, Zumba Dance that fuses Latin and pop music with a dynamic aerobic and fitness interval training, and Taiji & Qigong with its controlled movements that help lower stress and anxiety levels.
Energize@SCCC is organised by Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, in partnership with Health Promotion Board’s Healthy Workplace Ecosystem and Singapore National Employers Federation, to help kick-start one’s fitness journey, or rev it up as it connects like-minded people together.

Monday, 7pm – 8pm: Plaza Dancing
Tuesday, 6.30pm – 7.30pm: Pound Fitness (from 7 August 2018)
Wednesday, 6.30pm – 7.30pm: Zumba Dance
Thursday, 6.15pm – 7.15pm: Qigong & Taiji 13 steps for beginners
Thursday, 7.30pm – 8.45pm: Yang Style Taiji 24 steps for advanced learners
Admission: Free with registration. No prior experience is required
