His ‘Singapore New Heritage Cuisine’ encompasses Chinese, Peranakan, Eurasian, Indian, and Malay dishes. To connect with the next generation, traditional recipes meet modern dining in the format of breakfast/brunch, afternoon tea, bar snacks, and dinner.
