35. Festivities with a View at Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro
The view overlooking Sentosa and cable cars isn’t the only awesome thing here. The food is pretty terrific too. Even better, it’s family-friendly so the kids can enjoy the festive action along with the adults. The four-course festive menu starts with a beautifully-plated mushroom and chestnut salad, followed by a hearty gut-warming Velouté of Carrot. Both mains, the Over-baked Pullet and the Pan-fried Barramundi Filet, were tender and flavourful. Add $15+ for two glasses of wine. Kids have their own menu (spaghetti and chicken nuggets, or fish and chips) to enjoy too.
