Children’s Day Long Weekend 2020: A Uniquely Different Celebration of Fun!

It has been a year of alternative celebrations, and this Children’s Day long weekend is gearing up to be uniquely different as well. Firstly, instead of happening on the first Friday of October, this year’s Children’s Day falls on the second Friday of October, 9 October 2020. Secondly, with large-scale events out of the picture, it is inevitable that Children’s Day celebrations will be small, intimate, and personal.

But every celebration’s a celebration, no matter how small, so go forth and make merry with your little movers and shakers! What we love is how going online makes events and activities inclusive and accessible to more children — able-bodied or not, and not just in Singapore, but everywhere else in the world. That’s something to celebrate too, isn’t it?
