“Let’s Celebrate!” with Sweetest Moments

The afternoon of 8 May 2015 saw local enterprise, Sweetest Moments, unveiling its revamped branding direction and future plans to its long-time friends as well as the members of the media. The cosy rebranding party was indeed the unparalleled way for Sweetest Moments to show its heartfelt gratitude to its partners and loyal supporters alike. The very much laid-back afternoon event featured themed booths, a nostalgic slideshow which showed the company’s milestones, a lucky draw, and a quirky photo booth which provided guests with a memorable keepsake of the fun-filled afternoon.

Sweetest Moments stemmed from the fundamental needs of one first-time mother; she required the perfect baby’s full-month package – one that would not compromise on timeless traditions and would simultaneously boast a unique personal touch. Afterall, every mother wants only the best for her new bundle of joy. At that point of time, no such creative and comprehensive package was being offered, hence she herself took on the challenge of creating one! Exactly a decade ago in 2005, she opened a small but welcoming store along Hougang Avenue 3, which offered a range of baby’s full-month packages. That woman is Rachel Chong (featured below), CEO and founder of the currently flourishing business, Sweetest Moments.

She continues, “Other than our delightful gift boxes that will glam up baby’s full month, our energetic and helpful customer service officers are always eager to assist our customers with their enquiries, which gives them the assurance that they are being personally attended to and that their order is important to us. We are more than just about packaging design or tasty treats, we are very much customer-oriented too!” And that, I believe, is the reason behind Sweetest Moments’ sweet success till date.

The full month packages offered by Sweetest Moments comprise of the De Petit Packages, the Classic Packages and the Premium Packages. All packages come with a lovely paper bag and a customised BabyCard that will bear the name of your tiny one! The Classic Wonder Package (below) comes with one customised BabyCard, two Ang Ku Kuehs, two confetti donuts, two Good Luck Red Eggs, two mini cupcakes, two Pastel Cubes and two Mochi. This package retails at just $12.73! (GST included) Truly a bang for your buck! Their range of themes for first birthday cakes and cupcakes include Sunshine Fields, D’Gardens, Princess Tiara, King of Jungle and Friends Forever – you will truly be spoilt for choice! Mini cupcakes are also available in boxes of 30 or 54 pieces ($35.31 and $58.85 respectively, GST included) with themes such as Mini Safari, Mini Girl and Mini Boy to choose from! They are utterly irresistible!

The founder’s personal ethos of celebrating even the most minuscule of occasions reflects on every aspect of her enterprise, from her wedding packages to the personalised sweet treats for birthdays and full-month celebrations.
