The Silly Story Laboratory By Innovative Kids
It is actually more of a game than a book.
It's great for developing children's reading and grammar skills while playing a very funny game!
Comes in a neat, hard back box.
The box is flipped open like a book to reveal a book and a box with 4 sections, each containing lots of magnetic words.
The words are all colour-coded and represent the 4 different parts of speech - nouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs. The colour-coding helps make all the word types really clear.
The book contains 12 stories, all with colour-coded blank spaces so that children can insert the magnetic words to make a story.
The correct words needed to complete the story are listed on each page, so children can find the words and then read the story, working out where the mssing words fit - great for story comprehension skills.
Alternatively you can choose words of the correct colour and then just randomly insert them into the story to create a funny story. Kids will love it!
