Used from Feb 2013 for abt 2 years and kept in the storeroom till now. Just tested that the pump can still be switched on. US set but comes with the adaptor (made in China) and the original 12V portable adaptor (to be used with 8 1.5V batteries). No other acccesories included (the cooler and ice pack have been given away already).
