Job Description
• Preparation of tender documents, cost planning, budget estimates, taking off and monthly progress claim
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions.
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress claims
Requirements
• Independent and Highly self-motivated
• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Survey / Building
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Own a computer and network if work from home.
