Travelling with breast milk

i've to travel in nov. away for 3 nights/4days. will be expressing. any advice on checking in breastmilk?



i dun have enough bottles for 3 nights/4 days. will prob have to use bags as well. i'm using double sealed bags. dun know if secure enough for check in.



any advice?

freeze your bm, use ice box (not too big i guess), once board the plane, request stewardess to put into their fridge.. my colleague does that..
