Hey pregnant ladies! just popped over from the forum and was wondering if any of you have any tips for trying to conceive? Did you change anything, or try something new and then fell pregnant? anything you wouldn't recommend? As you can see from what time I posted this topic-i can't sleep! Congrats to all with bfp's and wishing you all healthy and happy pregnancies!

Seeing a gynaecologist for pre-conception and fertility planning might help. My hubby and I also had a hard time getting pregnant a few years ago, and a friend urged us to go for pre-conception care with my gynae Dr Ben Choey (he specialises in IUI too), and aside from medical, and diet and lifestyle check, he had us go through some tests to see the cause of infertility.

If you're trying to conceive, especially at a more mature age, I highly recommend seeking advice from a gynae. If you want, you can check my gynae, Dr. Regina at GynaeMD Clementi. She's reliable and can provide excellent guidance. Dr. Regina answers all our concerns with knowledge and expertise. Best of luck with conception!
