Recipes for 7month old

Hi mummies, what are you feeding your 7month old baby? Need some ideas as I have just started giving my baby porridge/rice cereal/baby food jars. For porridge, do you use ikan bilis stock? HEard from PD that it's not good as salt content very high.

I buy meat from market, cook a slice of meat with the porridge for flavor. Then add n broccoli and threadfin.I don't feed the meat. Just the fish and vege. Althenate days will change the fish to salmon, and add in carrot as well when I feel like it. Sticking to this first as baby is 9mths old started porridge not long ago. If u want can also add a small piece of sweet potato, sweeten the porridge. Stock is salty.
