Private hospital or public KKH for PR - which is the cheaper option?

Hi all, asking on behalf of my sister in law.

She is a PR in sg, recently found out she is expecting.
Wondering if the PR subsidized rates in KKH is comparable to that of private hospitals?

Would be great if anyone could share their experiences or any information.
