Would like to seek some advise. My girl (3.5 years old)has been using the potty at home with no issues for awhile now. Recently, I have transitioned her to wearing underwear to school as well. However, teachers feedback that she refuses to inform them when she pee or poop in school and would pee/poop in her underwear. Any ideas how to encourage her to speak up in school and does all childcare has a potty training routine? As her school doesnt seem to have one. TIA!
