Hi all, just wanted to share that I did postnatal massage with Mdm Rose (total 5 sessions) and it was a very good experience. Got her contact from a friend's recommendation. She was responsive and punctual and gave many helpful tips on breast massage and self-care. Helped me to clear blocked milk ducts too. Hello! Sorry for the late reply I missed seeing your msg. I had my sessions with Mdm Rose in early March 2020. I gained 6kg during pregnancy but in total I lost 6kg + another 10kg by April (dunno if it is due to BF or just combination of everything)
