Research shows that setting time aside for yourself - whether going to Pilates, Yoga lessons or or other "me-time" activities are vital for emotional and physical health of mums.

Here is an opportunity to catch up with some "me-time". From August 5th @ 9.30AM, there will be a new Pilates classes at Sun Plaza (next to Sembawang MRT).
