Hi mummies, how can i increase my 19mth old appetite? She is on total breastfeed(latch on).. her appetite is not so well and its all depend in her mood on whether to eat or not.. she is a picky eater.. care to share ur experience?
you may want to start give her different type of food. My son start to eat half solid food since 12 months. i gave him some purees or porridge in between his milk session.
She had started different type of food and texture.. but still the same.. i'm currently 3mth pregnant and plan to slowly wean her from bf but unsuccessful.. she very frequent latching and eating less
You can try to give her some baby bites / snacks to encourage her in a way to improve her appetite by asking her to finish her food before getting the snacks. You can try to cook some porridge and feed her?
