Help! How can I make my toddler to eat meat?

My son eats everything. Literally everything. But one thing which makes me frustrate and worry is, he always spit out the meat that is being fed to him. Like chicken, pork. And my hub and me thinks he's a vegetarian as he loves eating bean sprout. Hahaha. So any Mommy experience this, advise pls! TIA.
