Your eczema is most likely caused by hormonal imbalance .. Try Bathing / showering with soap-free soaps .. More gentle on ur skin and less drying which will cause itchiness. Kodomo baby bath is of soap free formula . My girl had very bad eczema as a baby .. She'd used this since birth till now ( she's 18yo)
You can use remaining bath for your baby after birth .
Yours would surely clear after delivery. .take care . Have a safe and speedy delivery .

My gynea also prescribed steriod cream for me but only can apply twice per day. Rest of the times i will use jorubi aloe vera gel to curb the itchiness..

Use gentle soap when bathing. Avoid using soaps with fragrance. After cleaning the affected area, pat it dry and apply Virgin Coconut Oil. Coconut is one of the best skin oils for people with itchy and dry eczema.

@alevejoy but doing so can burn your skin accidentally... no offense meant... Eczema is very dry and itchy... scratching can worsen the affected area and it can be infected if is it not treated properly ... just do the no scratching method and applying oils can help to moisturize the skin...

Sometimes, hot water in abottle can give relief itchiness of the eczema. But how about kids with eczema? most of them are too sensitive for that...

Apply oil to moisturise e skin... den it starts itch again...

Do any of u wanna try

I had the flare up during 3rd Tri for my #1, all over the body until at the certain point they looks like bruises..:-( seen skin specialist , taken medicine and applied steroid cream but can't subside until my boy come out and the eczema subside probably in 1 month. now, No. #2 , has started in 2nd Tri :-(, went to see TCM sensei, taking TCM medicine, use ginger to apply rice wine on the affected area, use Cepthaphil bath and cream, now otw trying natural remedy like using calendula cream, organic baby lotion, will try ACV to apply and coconut oil when i got the items. Hopefully can sail through the whole pregnancy..also no spicy or seafood, try to wear cotton material and stay in cool place. Jia You!

I agree with ACV and coconut oil... they are natural home remedies for flare ups... ACV and coconut oil are natural antibacterial while coconut oil moisturizes the dry patch... you can also use coconut oil as a natural skin moisturizer... while you are prego, try to use it, massage it to prevent stretch marks...

ACV= apple cidar vinegar.
Hannah bear, you tried ACV and coconut oil before? so you apply coconut oil all over the body?
Alevejoy, olive oil work well for you? how do you cope it when you are at work during 3rd trimester?

hi @m_m I use Apple Cider Vinegar for lice treatment... although they are both antibacterial, I only use Virgin Coconut Oil for my itchy skin... I also use it as my daily after bath moisturizer...
