Terms and Conditions:
- Buying from ezbuy
- Exchange Rate: Based on ezbuy.sg rate
- Agent fee (per charged by ezbuy): FOC until 25th April 2017, capped at SGD100 per order.
- SGD2.99 shipping is only for PRIME eligible items. Please refer to ezbuy.sg to determine if the items are PRIME items.
- SGD2.50 to share cost of PRIME membership.
- SGD8 for local delivery. Ezbuy will deliver your order to the address you indicated in the format order (please see below) within (usually) 1 week of item arrival in Singapore. Please note that if you had purchased from different vendors and/or the items in your order are shipped via different modes, items may be delivered on different days. For ease of arranging for logistics, I'll help you arrange for delivery on Sundays, from 1:00PM to 4:30PM.
- I will not be responsible if China seller ships a product that is different from what you had ordered (i.e. defective, different color, different model, etc) and this goes undetected by ezbuy inspection team. I will liaise for compensation though. But this is subject to what ezbuy will offer and will be up to you to accept or decline.
- The order cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. So, please submit your order ONLY after you are sure that will be final.
- At times, an item may be OOS by the time ezbuy merchandiser places the order. If you have only 1 time in that order, the funds (price + GST (if any) + domestic shipping (if any) + international shipping (SGD2.99) + PRIME membership fee (SGD2.50) + local delivery (SGD8) will be refunded fully.
- However, if you have more than 1 item in the order and the rest of the items are fulfilled, only the Price + GST (if any) +domestic shipping (if any) for the OOS item will be refunded.

- If you are buying liquid items, please ensure that it is less than 30ml if it can be shipped via sensitive air. If shipped via sea, please ensure it is less than 300ml. Nail polish and similar products cannot be shipped.
- Order will be placed with ezbuy within 4 days, upon confirmation of funds transferred. Do note, however, ezbuy merchandiser may take several days to place the order.
- Some sellers may take up to 1 month to ship the product and the international shipping (China to Singapore) may take a further 6-15 weeks.
- Please do not join if you are unable to wait.
