We had changed the fabric seats for both last year but one was torn. The other seat is basically quite new as only being used by my baby. You can order the fabric seat from Mothercare or Motherworks around $110 (it's much cheaper as you do not need the frame). For us, we just simply tuck the torn fabric underneath. The rest of the seat is still very good condition.
Small part of the rubber of handle bar torn but this easily can be fixed or replaced.
Don't expect tip top condition as stroller has been used for few years thus selling the above very cheap. Not for fussy.
