Hi, I am looking to install windows and aluminium grills for my executive maisonette (just bought resale). For windows, am looking for black powder coat frame and either clear, frosted or slight tinted glass. For grilles, will be horizontal black ones. Do you have pics that u can share? Also, can advise on quotation?
By the way, do u do staircase railing as well?

hi, i plan to install window for my balcony(already comes with aluminium grill).
Can i leave the grill and add in window only? thanks

Hi grille will need to be removed and install the window first then re install back the window grille as Grille are not allowed to face the exterior if u have windows

Option 1 - to dismantle existing bi-fold doors and install new set.
Option 2 - to repair the existing bi-fold doors

Corridor facing sliding window of 3 panels, but due to privacy - need it to be split into 3 on top and 3 below.

Keeping existing grilles.
