Put a few tablespoon of baking powder into a pail of water; and soak the baby clothes overnight. Wash the clothes as normal (baby detergent) the following day. This works for my case.

Hi Sharon, have you tried mothers sacred tea? I took that to boost milk supply for my 1st pregnancy. Don't worry too much about the supply. Just continue to keep bf every 3 hours and the supply will build up...try not to delay expressing your milk as that will give the body the wrong signal...
